Returns Policy

We have a 14 day returns policy. If you receive your goods and are not happy please email
We will refund/replace items that are returned unused and in a re-sellable condition.

Due to EU hygiene regulations we can’t refund, replace or exchange products/ hair accessories returned in non-saleable condition.
Returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer so you must return them by recorded delivery ( if you return something and it gets lost we will not be able to process your exchange / refund). Depending on the nature of the issue you may be liable to pay for the goods to be returned. In other cases we will refund the postage costs.

Once we have received the goods, they will be checked by our quality control team. Our customer service team will then email you to process the return.We would leave a 7 day wait time for your return to be processed.

Once we have processed the return we will inform you by email. For Paypal refunds it states that it takes 3-5 days for the money to appear back in your account. For card refunds we would also allow up to 10 days to receive the money back in your bank.

Faulty/ damaged items must be reported within 48hrs of parcel being signed for.
